We have worked with Cassidy Group to support the preparation of a Full Business Case to secure grant funding for a BtR scheme in Nottingham. They have been professional throughout, providing clear and timely information, engaging constructively on inputs, and working collaboratively to progress the funding submission. We would highly recommend working with them in the future.

Having worked across the PBSA sector for a number of years, I've dealt with a wide range of developers, and Cassidy Group Ltd stands out as one of the better operators in the space.

Daniel Robinson and Liam Brennan are genuinely good to work with. They understand the sector, engage constructively, and approach things practically. As a consultant, you appreciate working with people who actually know what they want and can have a proper conversation about it, and these two certainly can.

The business is led by Patrick Cassidy, and his influence on the company's direction is clear. There's a consistency and professionalism to how Cassidy Group operates that doesn't happen by accident. It comes from strong leadership.

From a product standpoint, their PBSA schemes are well-conceived and well-executed, thoughtful in design, appropriate for the markets they're targeting, and delivered to a solid standard. As someone who advises clients in this sector regularly, that matters.

If you're an investor or operator looking for a credible PBSA developer to work with, Cassidy Group Ltd are well worth a conversation.

Having worked with Cassidy Group on a number of developments over the years, it is apparent that they take great pride in what they build, always looking to make each site the best it can be for the people who will live there. I look forward to working with their team moving forward in bringing more high level developments to communities in the UK.

We had an excellent experience working alongside the Cassidy Group team, helping them source bridging finance secured against a parcel of land in Nottingham. Patric, Dan and Liam were professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Archway Capital Partners are very much looking forward to collaborating with Cassidy Group again in the near future.

Got to say Congratulations to the Cassidy Group Ltd on the success of their student accommodation projects. Brilliant see how they have excelled in providing comfortable and modern living spaces for students. My lad is very happy.

I must also commend them on their impressive website. It is user-friendly, visually appealing, and provides all the necessary information about their accommodation options. The website truly enhances the overall experience for potential residents.

With their commitment to excellence and innovation, there is no doubt they will surpass expectations and set new standards in the student accommodation industry. Here's to a successful and prosperous 2024. Top Job guys

I recently had the pleasure of taking the teams professional headshots at the companies offices set in an amazing location in Offchurch.

Liam, Patric, Silvia, Peter and Daniel were really welcoming and made the shoot really easy for me.

Fantastic to meet you all, wishing you all the success for 2024 and beyond. Thanks
