- Midlands, preferably Warwickshire and adjoining counties
- Without planning
- We are only able to table conditional, STP Option offers
- Accommodating between 200 - 1000+ SFH units
- Next to an existing settlement
- Main road access
- In local plans for expansion
Land for Private Rental Schemes (PRS) and Build To Rent (BTR) and/or Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) development:
- England only, excluding London
- Without planning
- We are only able to table conditional, STP Option offers
- Land 0.25 acres to 10 acres (Minimum 100 apartments or 200 student beds)
- Within a 10 minute walk to a university, if PBSA
- Within a 10 minute walk to a train station or tram line, if PRS
