What we're looking for

Single-Family Housing Sites:

Land suitable for 200-1,000+ homes
Next to existing settlements with main road access
Sites identified in local plans for expansion
Located in the Midlands (preferably Coventry, Nottingham, Leicester and neighbouring counties and cities)
We are able to make conditional offers, entering into Subject to Planning (STP) and Option agreements
