A unique Student accommodation development located in Beeston Nottingham adjacent to Broadgate park within a 5 minute walk of The University of Nottingham campus. The development consists of 229 beds, a mix of townhouses, clusters and studios. The Grade two listed build acts as a the central hub to the development offering the students amenities such as a cinema room, games room, common room, quiet study and a communal garden terrace. The scheme was completed and opened in August 2019, and was managed by Universal Student Living until September 2020, when it was leased to University of Nottingham.
