This development will be a mixed scheme of 663 student beds and 260 residential apartments in separate blocks with a 17m wide pedestrian walkway through the site separating the two blocks. The site resides in an extremely sustainable location with excellent public transport links including the Supertram, Bus and Cycle routes. Hoyle Street is less than a 10 minute walk to The University of Sheffield campus and only 15 minute walk to the Sheffield Hallam campus. This ideal city centre location has made the site suitable for both the Student and PRS market. Over recent months we have demolished and cleared existing buildings on the site and have recently finished installing the pile foundations for the Student Block as below.
