PARADISE STREET

The Cassidy Group Ltd first acquired Paradise Street as a former hostel with sitting tenants. By negotiating resettlement and demolition, we were able to build Paradise Place, which has since grown to become Paradise Student Village. Paradise Student Village is situated next to the Coventry University Technology Park, and is only a 5-minute walk from the main Priory Campus, the Alan Berry Building, and the library. Both the City centre and train station are only a 10-minute walk away.
