Our Development Process
Developed and refined over 35+ years of industry experience, our process ensures control at every stage from land purchase to completion.
Cassidy Group Ltd excels at identifying prime, city centre locations across England (excluding London), focusing on plots ranging from 0.25 to 10 acres in size.
We bring a scheme to life from initial inception to detailed RIBA stage designs ready for Tier 1 Main Contractor bids.
Our preferred exit is by partnering with an Investor or a Fund (often institutional investors) on a Forward Fund.
Our role is to serve as the essential link between the Main Contractor and the Fund/End User who will ultimately take ownership of the building.
Practical completion marks a significant milestone in the construction process—it's the moment when the building has been completed in accordance with the contract, to the point that it can be taken over by the Fund/End User.
Following Practical Completion (PC), there is a commitment to standards through a defect liability period, commonly lasting 12 or 24 months.
