The planned 419 bed building in Beeston Nottingham will be delivered for the 2026 academic year and serves University of Nottingham students, which will be a very welcome relief to some of the 19,000 student bed shortage in the City, and the 2,000 student bed shortage in the micro-location of Beeston.
